What you're buying.

What do I receive after payment?

We'll email the module ZIP and a short install guide to the email address you used at checkout, within a few business hours. Unzip it, place the folder in your Odoo addons path, update the module list, and install from the Apps menu.

Which Odoo series does each module support?

All modules are available for Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0. Each purchase gives you the version you selected at checkout. If you need a different series later, purchase it separately.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment per Odoo series. You own that version of the module. Upgrades to a future major series (for example 19 to 20) would require a new purchase.

Does the Reporting Engine require Full Accounting CE?

Yes. The Live Reporting Engine CE is a companion to TV Full Accounting CE, which is free. Download the free module from the Odoo App Store first, then purchase the Reporting Engine.

What if I need help installing?

What is your refund policy?
